A Cryobank, also known as cryobiological room, is a facility designed to collect and control several cryogenic containers containing liquid nitrogen in which biological samples are stored at a very low temperature: about -196 °C.
In general, each cryobiological room guarantees the long-term cryopreservation of biological samples considered highly critical, from different origin, infectivity and intended use.
